My big February goal? Quit diet soda. For good.
And, more of the same: lose weight, work out, make sure to have rest days. 
I’d like be solidly at 140/139(!!!) by the end of February. I know that’s only a pound a week, but little goals seem more attainable to me right now. I really need to break through the 140’s so I think trying for smaller, very achievable goals might help me make that happen. Plateau no more for me please!
